Just read another book by Ken Blanchard & Don Shula.
The little book of coaching motivating people to be winners, for me it was about how to be more assertive with the team and direct the team to know when they have done right and when they have done wrong. I am now thinking of the system that how to do this the most efficiently with self-discovery. Another idea being made.
