The use of writing knowledge and reviewing what I have done

I have not been using this bog or really updating my learning or new discoveries what might be what was messing out of my process of learning to start with I used to use this to give real meaning to the learning and set me up in a mindset of deeper learning I know how it all sounds but actually having to write down what I have listened to and practices makes a real difference infarct I think i have not picked up as much as I used to by not doing this so its actuality taken longer now to learn.

I realised that its been a long time sines I used a blog to educate myself again and this is for me to learn and hope also has a befit for others to also use any of my dribble to learn form in its dyslexic style of type what I will re read some parts but i'm sure there are areas that are not so feedback is grateful :-)

Mindfulness

Here below is a item I have been studying it not a study I have to write down as such but its one that after the experiences maybe can be written down its really how to calm life's challenges and there seems sometimes more challenges than success. As we all seem to live in our own little bubbles and attentions are drown to the what i'm going to call now the distractions around this mindfulness brings the attention back to me what sounds simple but is bloody difficult when precipitated sometimes still just doing it even if not as intended does create a difference the book below is one I have been using and recommend it to pick up the jest of mindfulness I use the chapter 28 & 35 on the audio book this is the main ones I use day to day.

This has become now a good part of my day to day practice and its really grounded my thoughts, feeling and educated me more of my inner feeling. I understand that i'm not my thoughts this is a real shift as I have a choose on whether to act on the thoughts or not,  rather to take them all personalty what puts me back in control in my moods. This is not a 100% fix as there can always be things that create stress and anger but they do devolve away again and not take control of the outcomes as much as they used to its like being in the driving seat and not let the emotions drive.

I have been studying and testing this for now the last two years still its work in progress just due to the nature of the

Here is some details

Summary

“Want a happier, more contented life? I highly recommend the down-to-earth methods you’ll find in Mindfulness. Professor Mark Williams and Dr Danny Penman have teamed up to give us scientifically grounded techniques we can apply in the midst of our everyday challenges and catastrophes.” Daniel Goleman, bestselling author of Emotional Intelligence

Life can be relentless, frantic and exhausting - but it doesn’t have to be this way.
This is an introduction to Mindfulness, which reveals a set of simple yet powerful practices that you can incorporate into daily life to help break the cycle of anxiety, stress, unhappiness and exhaustion. Mindfulness is based on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), which is recommended by the UK’s National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence and is as effective as drugs for preventing depression. But, more importantly, it also works for the rest of us who aren’t depressed but are struggling to keep up with the constant demands of the modern world.

By investing just a few minutes each day, you can learn the simple mindfulness meditations at the heart of MBCT. This audio edition is an introduction to the technique which will give you the tools to put you back in control and able to enjoy life again.

This audiobook contains 37 chapters. Chapters 1-28 explain what mindfulness is and how it works, while the 8 guided meditations are placed at the end (Chapters 29-37) for ease of repeated practice.
