Here is some tools I use for me to helping keep focus by the use of setting you RAS. This gives me and my team a better chance of  keeping focus , This is by setting up what every you do with a simple message to ones self. This will set the RAS. An example of this is to say before a meeting I will be successful and remember all what is said. Just saying simple things as this can make all the the difference also cards to read I use I am statements to help me with focus this is explained in the video.

This is my latest I am statement I read every morning sometimes two time some times more. I have been reading them with more feeling altitude and aloud. See how it does. I have been enjoying the creating of my business's and of the people in them. Development has driven me as I can see what it can do for ones self and others around. Very excited as in the point in my life lots is perfect its the adventure in my journey that is the part and will have its brilliant times and challenging ones all are for the mix and to be honest now I feel most challenges are for me now fun leaning and advancement so that has even changed.
