On the rout and on track "What got me here wont get me there"

It has been a long time on my blog and I have been getting back on track by getting the plan in place and working all the new things I have been learning. Also have been using a new amount of knowledge and learning to get it to be in place. The market has changed in my industry and I am adapting to this change. This is my biggest change the things I used to do need to be done different now as this will not get me where i need to be if I do the ways used too.

Also been looking at a book about this just arrived on my desk what got you here wont get you there and this is also adding to my perception.

So big positive push is its exciting and will be new things that will happen.

I have a new video as well I need to show on here as we are trying new ways to help people understand why we do what we do :-)I will add this soon to the blog.
